Mike Rivas

As President, I am in charge of several areas within the company.  I am responsible for all aspects of estimating projects, including negotiating contracts with our Customers.  In addition, I am in charge of the direction of our Field Personnel, starting with our Superintendents and Foremen, in order to bring our varied jobs to satisfactory completion.  This hands on approach, is what I believe gives our company such a reputation of excellence.

As Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, I have various duties within the company that include, but are not limited to, managing all Financial activities and the Administrative staff.  I also estimate for our Concrete Division and manage the Field personnel.  I have daily involvement with our staff to ensure that our cash flow is maintained for superb credit.

As Estimator, I review plans and specifications on projects requiring bids.  I prepare estimates based on our material take offs etc.  I also provide cost estimates for Change Order work on our existing in-house projects.  I am available Monday through Friday for any questions on upcoming projects and to respond to companies interested in our varied services.

Linda Allera

As Office Manager, I work directly with the Owners regarding all Accounts Payable and Payroll duties.  I process all payments to our vendors, creditors, and employees.  I reconcile our bank, and monthly vendor statements to ensure accuracy.  I am also in charge of Human Resources, and as such, complete all reports required from various agencies, such as the EDD, State of California Franchise Tax Board, etc.  I can be contacted Monday through Wednesday in order to answer any Accounting or Payroll questions you may have.

As Construction Bookkeeper, I maintain all records necessary to satisfy our Customer’s requests.  I supervise all invoicing on our current projects and prepare the supporting documentation required to obtain prompt payment of our monthly construction draws.  I’m also in charge of A/R collections and make use of all resources available to me to ensure payment in full on our projects.  I also provide support to our Office Manager in processing payments to our vendors.  Please contact me for any construction accounting needs and /or questions you may have.

As Payroll and A/P-A/R Clerk, I am in charge of several accounting duties.  I accept and process all time turned in by our Field Personnel, calculate and distribute the hours and submit to our Office Manager for Payroll processing.  I also process payroll to its completion when necessary as a support to our Manager.  In addition, I receive all vendor invoices and input them into our accounting system after I have proofed the quantities and pricing.  I am also in Charge of our Safety program.  Please contact me for any questions you may have regarding Payroll and/or Job costing.

As Field Foreman, I am in charge of directing all field Block Masons and Tenders, conducting on-site Safety Meetings, receiving all materials and equipment, and review and pre-planning of project. My primary focus is the safety of our workers and jobsite conditions, as our employees are our most valued assets.

Juan Leon

As Company Driver, I am in charge of transporting all necessary items required on each individual jobsite.  I deliver the necessary scaffolding required, in addition to jobsite tools, etc.  I also pick up and deliver block, rebar, and various materials specific to each job as needed.
