Mike Rivas, began his professional construction carreer in 1982. He was quickly promoted as his qualifications and abilities became apparent to his supervisors. In 1997 and 1999, Mike competed and was awarded the title of "National Block Laying Champion." Mike has held various supervisory positions with several large construction companies and was instrumental in building of The Irvine Spectrum, the first phase of California Speedway, Lexus of Riverside and Glendale, and St. Paul Church of Chino Hills. It is because of his knowledge and outstanding reputation in the construction industry that Mike joined forces with other well-known and capable individuals to form General Masonry & Concrete, Inc. Mike lives in Carlsbad, California with his wife and their two children.

Joe Ponce, has been the owner of Great Quality Construction Co. for twelve years before forming General Masonry & Concrete, Inc. Joe's charismatic personality and construction knowledge has endeared him to many individuals in this area who continually contract him for their projects. Having been in the construction industry for many years, Joe has had the opportunity to participate in building of The California Speedway and California Speedway Dragstrip, various automobile dealerships, Pegasus Hobby Shop among other high profile projects throughout California and the United States. Joe has witnessed the industrial and residential growth in Southern California and is proud to be a part of the building excellence in our surrounding communities. Joe is very involved with his son and daughter's sports activities and serves as being the sports team photographer. Joe resides in Upland, California with his wife and their two children.

Eddie Larios, is a dynamic individual who has thirteen years experience in the construction industry. His varied supervisory positions have made him a much-in-demand worker due to his reliability and knowledge. Eddie is well versed in on-the-job safety issues and has trained and been certified in many areas, (OSHA, CPR, First Aid Etc.) His confidence in his product is a direct result of his continued education and abilities. Prior to his becoming a partner of General Masonry & Concrete, Inc., Eddie was employed by various large construction companies and participated in the building of The Southwest Justice Center, Occidental Collage, Chino Hills High School, Borders Book Store, Eisenhower Medical Center just to name a few. Eddie lives in Victorville with his wife and two children.

Santiago Gutierrez, also known to his friends as "Santos," has been in the construction industry since 1986. His extensive safety and OSHA training has made him an expert in all the necessary steps to insure a project is performed in the best interest of the customer, his employees, and his peers. A stable and efficient worker, Santiago requires his fellow workers to maintain a level of safety and proficiency to ensure a quality on-time product. A very important part of Santiago's family life is his participation as deacon of his church. Santiago resides in Moreno Valley with his wife and their three children.

GENERAL MASONRY and CONCRETE, INC. has established a Safety Rules & Regulations package for all employees, as well as an account with United States Health Works for emergency situations should they arise.
